The philatelic folder is created into a limited run printing of 291 pieces and is equipped with the special block of 4 stamps with partial perforation around the coins having the outlines with UV-visible ink, and stylized elements on the sides of the block as security features and imperforated souvenir sheet with NBR logo and the outline of the coin visible in UV ink. Both philatelic pieces are numbered from 001 to 291.
