The philatelic album is created into a limited edition of 400 pcs., and is equipped with the perforated souvenir sheet of 6 postage stamps of the issue, numbered, and a special philatelic card, equipped with the set of the issue “Flowers’ Clock II”, numbered and cancelled with the first day postmark, and with the set of the issue “Flora from protected areas – The Rodna Mountains” issued in 2009, cancelled with the REMEMBER FILATELIC (Philatelic Remember) special cancellation. Both cancellations are also clearly imprinted, the REMEMBER FILATELIC (Philatelic Remember) one being in silver foiling.
