Here we mention Aron Pumnul, the poet’s teacher, Vasile Alecsandri, Ion Creangă, Ion Luca Caragiale, Tudor Arghezi, Ciprian Porumbescu, Ioan Slavici, Alexandru Vlahuță or illustrious politicians such as Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Mihail Kogălniceanu, Ion C. On the occasion of the celebration of 1 year since the inauguration of the Acad. Eugen Simion Cultural Centre, a true “place of culture”, Romfilatelia has prepared a surprise: a special philatelic folder with a postal stationery suitable for the event.
The event was completed by touching musical moments offered by the Transilvan Quartet, Gabriel Croitoru being the first violinist.
Romfilatelia, as a promoter of national values, will continue the series of philatelic projects dedicated to the “unequalled national poet” Mihai Eminescu.
