MARTYR BISHOPS IN THE ORDER OF SAINTS

Romfilatelia puts into circulation the postage stamp issue entitled “Martyr Bishops in the Order of Saints”, dedicated to the beatification of seven Romanian Greek Catholic martyrs, by His Holiness Pope Francis, on the occasion of his visit to Blaj, on June 2nd this year. Since 1948, the Communist regime has outlawed the Greek Catholic Church.
