After the series of speeches, Mrs. Cristina Popescu, Romfilatelias CEO, invited the two officials to unveil and sign the anniversary philatelic panel which contained stamp issues dedicated to the UN from the period 1965 – 2015. Furthermore, the president marked symbolically the introduction into circulation of the issue, by cancelling the anniversary philatelic elements with the first day cancellation.
