Romfilatelia, together with the ‘Dimitrie Gusti’ National Village Museum, in collaboration with the Romanian Embassy in the Kingdom of Morocco, launched the special philatelic product dedicated to the Exhibition of Romanian and Moroccan Costumes taking place in Rabat between September 25th and December 18th this year.
The event was organised by the National Foundation of Museums of the Kingdom of Morocco, under the agreement signed by Mr. Mohamed El Mehdi Qotbi, President, and the ‘Dimitrie Gusti’ National Village Museum, represented by Ms. Paulina Popoiu, Manager, and enjoyed the presence of Her Excellency Maria Ciobanu, the Ambassador of Romania to Rabat, Abdelaziz El Idrissi, head of the Museums Department, distinguished guests, representatives of the diplomatic corps, cultural institutions, artists, collaborators, and friends of the organising institutions, as well as admirers of Romanian and Moroccan folk costumes.
Romfilatelia continues, through the postage stamp, its journey as a messenger of themes related to the country’s traditions, acting as a true cultural ambassador with a visible presence on all continents.
